Serena and I met at the Lake Buena Vista Child Development Center in the summer of 2004. At the time, Serena was the preschool teacher for my youngest daughter, Adriana. During the time that Serena taught at this preschool, she was able to demonstrate to the children how to be compassionate and aware of all kinds of animals. She especially talked with the children about "How to Save the Seals." This left quite an impression upon my 4-year old. Serena also conducted a "drive" to support a local animal rescue by having her students volunteer to bring in pet food and toys.
Recently, while on vacation in Cancun, my parents took ill and could not assist with the care needed for our pet Bichon Frise. My husband and I were able to quickly call Serena who gladly came to the rescue and took care of our pet, while we were miles away from home. She visited with our pet 2 times a day, took great care of her and continues to ask about her well-being. Serena would make a great pet sitter/provider as she is trustworthy, shows compassion towards all animals, supports drives for various animal rescues and in doing so, makes her truly happy.
Serena should have nothing but great success in her new endeavors as a pet sitter.

I have had Serena Rossi, look after my cat, Destiny, on 2 separate occasions. She is very professional and attentive to Destiny and our needs.
Serena came to our home 2 times a day to take care of and play with her. She spent from 1 ½ hours to 2 hours each day. She not only did a wonderful job of taking care of Destiny she also made sure our home and surrounding were all in order.
Serena Rossi is a very organized and caring person. I feel secure knowing our beloved cat is in good hands. Serena has a natural love of pets. She believes that our pets are family members. I know that Serena provides excellent care when we are away. I recommend her services to everyone I know.

Serena Rossi was a neighbor of mine when I discovered her wonderful services. My pet family grew very quickly not too long ago and Serena came to the rescue to provide quality full service mid-day walks for my rescued young dogs and my recently adopted kittens. I think the service she provided allowed my rescues to adjust so well to their new home.
I have never met another person who is so dedicated and so passionate about what she does. From our first introduction I was impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and experience with pet sitting. I have recommended her numerous times to friends and relatives.
