Terms and Conditions:

Services:

  • Most services are based on a per hour rate with a minimum one hour charge with additional time bill in 15 minute increments after the first hour.

  • Service time begins when we leave our office or your home depending upon where errands originated

  • Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, although evenings, weekend and holidays services are available upon request. Additional fees my apply

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for all services

Fees:

  • An initial client consultation is free

  • Prices and fees are subject to change

  • Additional mileage charges of $0.50/miles will apply to any job outside15 miles radius (from your homes or if you live outside our service areas), unless otherwise stated

  • Cost of purchased items or third party services are not included in hourly rates

  • Pets & Errands by Serena require payment in advance for purchase made on your behalf which will be in excess of $70

  • Senior companionship and services are limited to non medical tasks. We are not licensed to assist with medication administration or physical support

  • Client will be charge a $5 fee for a separate trip to pick up or drop off a payment or keys

  • A fee of $35 will be assessed on any and all returned checks

  • Cost of purchased items or third party services are not included in hourly rates

  • We are serving Windermere, Winter Garden, Dr. Philips and Metrowest area; however errands and Pet sitting outside those areas can be arranged. Additional mileage fees will be applied. Please inquire for details and to obtain estimation.

Payments:

  • Payment for services is due in full prior the first schedule visit unless otherwise agreed

  • The following payment methods are accepted: checks/ money orders/ cash

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation of services require a 24 hours notice (no charge)

  • Cancellation of booked services may be charged an additional fee of $10 if a 24 hours notice is not given

Liability:

Pets & Errands by Serena will not be held liable for any damages that the third party incurred if a third Party:

  • Damages client’s items (i.e. dry cleaners, plumber damages wall while repairing pipe, etc.)

  • Is negligent in anyway (i.e. food poisoning from meal delivery, etc.)

  • Has access to client’s home while client is away and Pets & Errands by Serena is not there

Pets and Errand by Serena, inc. is fully insured through Pet Sitter Associates, LLC
