About Us
Pets & Errands by Serena is a family owned and locally operated business that completely understands the busy life of today’s individuals and their need to spend quality time with friends and family.
Serena decided to combine a pet sitter service with errands services due to her dedication, passion, and love for animals united with the ability to recognize and care for other people’s needs. Serena Rossi decided to start this company when she realized how talented she was in efficiently managing everyday tasks, errands and responsibility to herself and friends. Her outstanding organizations skills and capacity to be time effective made her the perfect candidate to start a successful business; by applying those qualities to her company, she was able to achieve an amazing service based on trust, efficiency, and reliability.

says Serena, whom has made honesty the foundation of her life and the cornerstone of her business.
Serena, originally from Italy, has a Master’s degree in education; she worked as a teacher for many years before starting her own business. She supports many charitable animal associations (i.e. Best Friends Animal Society and SPCA of Central Florida) to which her company makes yearly donations.
She believes that the best way to help animals is by dedicating her time; volunteering in animal shelters or by fostering kitties or puppies.
In the last couple of years, Serena transformed her home into an animal nursery, fostering kittens from shelters. When she moved to Nashville, TN, she worked at Happy Tales Humane, a no-kill animal shelter.

She took care of cats there by cleaning cages, administering medicine and helping with foster and adoption programs.
